Nationwide Truce in Syria Underway

The Syrian government and rebel groups agreed to a nationwide cease-fire starting a midnight (22:00 GMT) Thursday. The deal was brokered this week by Russia and Turkey and excludes the groups designated by the United Nations as terrorist. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports.
