Washington Disgests Russia Hacking Report

Washington is digesting a U.S. intelligence report containing the strongest, most detailed allegations to date that Russia used cyber-attacks and other tactics to meddle in the November election won by Donald Trump. VOA’s Michael Bowman has this report from Washington.
